  • How do I book your services?
    It really is easy! If you wold like to book, all you have to do is take a look at the Registration page on our website. From here you can use one of the methods of registration that is most convenient to you. Will do require completion of our new client form prior to any booking. Once we have receive notification of your interest, we will be in touch as soon as possible. Have you seen what we offer?... take a look at our services. Don't forget, we do offer a FREE trial walk with our One 2 One Walkies!
  • Do you cover my area?
    We are based in Woking, Surrey and we cover many other areas. Feel free to contact us to see if your area is covered. Why not text us for a quick responce as to whether your area is covered.
  • Could you tailor a package for my dog?
    Absolutely! Every dog is different, which is why we create your dogs unique care plan ensuring the very best care is adopted here at Leads & Laces. Everybody has different requirements, which is why all of our services can be made into a personal monthly payment plan for your convenience. This can be paid via monthly Direct Debit or card payment. A care plan and payment plan are created for both regular, occasional and one-off bookings.
  • I'm worried my dog won't like change, how can you help?"
    We think it is very important that both yourself and your dog feel at ease when using our services, which is why we offer a FREE trial walk service which will enable you to meet your dogs carer and ask as many questions as you wish. We will also get the opportunity to meet your pooch to ensure he or she would be happy in our care. We always ensure all dogs feel safe and comfortable, ensuring everyday is a happy day for our canine friends.
  • What are your cancellation policy quidelines?
    - For "pay as you go" bookings, we kindly ask that we are informed of any amendments or cancellations withing 48 hours notice. Please consider the following before making your bookings: Cancellation with a minimum of 48hours notice: No Charge Cancellation with less than 48hours notice: 100% fee Alteration of booking within 48 hours notice: No fee Alteration of booking with less than 48 hours notice: minimum of 50% fee - For Monthly plans and Rolling Bookings please consider the following: Your plan is on a rolling monthly booking, which means that your bookings will be the same on a monthly basis. This enables us to ensure that you maintain your dog/s space and enables the use of your chosen service without the need to continuously book in with us. All Monthly Plans and Rolling Bookings are subject to a six week cancelation period should you choose to withdraw your dog/s from our service or reduce the bookings within the plan.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Usually, if you have booked in advance, we send invoices out on the 25th of each month. If you receive your invoice on the 25th, you will have until the last day of the month to pay your outstanding balance. Invoices sent out on a different day will have 7 days settlement time. The due date will be clearly stated on the invoice.
  • What if im late settling my invoice?
    Please be aware that we do have a late payment rule in place. If an invoice is left unsettled after the due date, a £5 daily charge will be accumilated, which will be added to your daily reminder invoice.
  • What if i want to take my dog away?
    Should you with to withdraw your dog/s from our services temporarily, you may do so with six weeks prior notice, to which a confirmation from management must be received. A two week holiday allowance in the twelve month period (January - February) is available without accumulating additional charges. However, should you wish to be absent for a longer period of time, a holding fee will be charged to maintain your dog/s space with us here at Leads & Laces.
  • What is a Holding Fee?
    Should you choose to withdraw from our services for lo ger than one week and one time, a holding fee will be charged in order to retain the your dog/s space. This fee is to be discussed and estimated between the client and Leads & Laces. Without a holding fee, we are unable to guarantee your space upon return. This is simply due to business demands and waiting lists.
  • Can I add additional bookings to my plan?
    Yes, you may add additional bookings for any service during your monthly plan, subject to availability. These additional bookings shall be added onto your monthly invoice. If you choose to have additional bookings to your monthly plan moving forward, this can be achieved by contacting our head office.
